MAC's Alice + Olivia Dazzleglass Creme Collection Look: Popsicle Lips

So this is another Alice + Olivia look. My previous one was the one that involved Partylicious pigment. This one is super different from that look. The eyes were boldddd in that look...in this look the lips make a statement and the eyes recede in comparison.

I didn't care for If It Sparkles...Dazzleglass Creme because its just a slightly more opaque version of Sugarrimmed Dazzleglass and Sugar Overload Superglass, (goes on clear, Dazzleglass and Superglass have different diameters of glitter-Dazzleglass is finely milled, and Superglass is 3-D) which I own both, and since I don't like white lips (If It Sparkles..) that is outta the question.

So on with the look....

1. Prep and prime the face. Apply primer potion, lip condtiner or chapstick.

2. Apply MAC's Paint Pot in Bare Study, MAC's Cream Color Base in Pearl, or the MAC Paint in Base Light. All colors contain similarites. They are all pearly nude colors that brighten the eyelid. Pat it onto the lid with your fingertip below the crease.

3. Now take MAC's Fascinating Eye Kohl and brighten the waterline.

4. Using MAC's Chromographic Pencil in NC15/NW20, apply to the upper lashline, and then to the outer corner, and below the brow bone.

5. Apply black mascara.

6. Now apply foundation, and face powder.

7. Using a nice soft golden bronzer apply to contours of the face.

8. For the cheeks I used MAC's Mineralize Skinfinish in Porcelain Pink, but you can use Soft & Gentle, Petticoat, Stereo Rose, whatever you want. You can even try a mineralize blush color. Your cheeks should appear shiney and dewey.

9. Now take MAC's Dazzleglass Creme (Alice + Olivia) in I.Want.Candy (bright yellow). Apply it to the center or the upper and lower lip, and pull it out a bit for fullness in affect.

10. Now take MAC's Dazzleglass Creme (Alice + Olivia) in If Its Pink...(bright pink) and apply it to the corners of the lower and upper lip. Now take Tarina Tarantino's Eye Dream Hyperliner in Broken Doll (Porcelain Pink) and highlight the cupids bow and outline the lips so they look silky smooth and iridescently icesicle finished.
