Fun with MAC pigments: Summer Glow
Hello!! So I have a fun new look that involves MAC's wonderful pigments! Sooooo....I am aware that there are a lot of people that aren't a fan of pigments...It could be that the uses/application tips haven't been brought to their fingertips, and it could be the jar resizing, or perhaps the jar seems to big to begin with, lotta wasted product...etc......or the stigma against loose eyeshadow plagues these jars, when they are sooo much more tham that...or maybe they seem to expensive, a lot of people are used to drug store cosmetics pricing, and minimal make up investing...
Personally the new packaging isn't a big deal to me...I do think that these jars store the pigment well and keep the pigment in better condition than the old packaging...I have had my newly repackaged jars teeter back and forth but never tumble....My old pigments have spilled...and I have lost significant product...:(....Mostly from my Violet jar...
All in all there is sooo much product in the jars...how can one complain?? My first jar of pigment was Violet pigment....oooo it is gorgeous...and since I loved it, I wanted to see what else there was to covet from MAC...upon my first trip to MAC Pro on Robertson in Beverly Hills I picked up three more jars back in the Barbie loves MAC/My days as a production asst. in LA for a denim line days...I bought Teal, Tan (Pro), and Electric Coral (Pro). I knew I loved Teal, and that Tan was worth my money because I would get sooo much use out of it, and Electric Coral just caught my eye....There at MAC on Robertson one of the MUA's gave me a few tips and uses for the pigments...and I was like yup I am gonna do some damage to my bank account (hheee oops) with these pigments indeed.
Since then I have collected Golden Lemon pigment (for use with a Belle Halloween costume-yellow ballroom gown), and Rock-It-Yellow (matte yellow), Green Space, 3D Silver Glitter, (IMATS) Reflects Teal, Grape, Fuschia, Brash & Bold, White Gold, (IMATS-First time I ever saw it), Rose Gold, Steel Blue (really cool you have to open the jar and see it though), Acid Orange, Naked, Pink Opal, Vanilla, Universal Mix, Rich Life, Partylicious, Frozen White, Reflects Purple Duo, Reflects Transparent Pink, Reflects Transparent Red, Reflects Transparent Gold, and Reflects Transparent Pearl, Deep Blue Green, Museum Bronze, Rushmetal, Jardin Aires, Wish i bought the Smokey Eyes set from Magic, Mirth, and Mischief 2009 Holiday set :( wawawawwaa (I could use some Dark Soul, and the others as well) and I also have the Crushed Metal pigments that came out with Spring Color Forecast both 1 & 2. They are similar to Solar Bits that came out with Neo Sci-Fi collection, but as far as the Crushed Metal pigments go, the colors are similar to Kitchmas, Grape, some Lilac eyeshadow color by MAC, and Fuschia. The other set is a bunch of warm citrus like colors. One is a tan that looks like Jardin Aires and Deck Chair combined, one is a yellow chartruese, and one is a melon color, and one looks like a glitter shimmery-er version of Golden Lemon, which should be called Crushed Lemon Peel and sold permanently, MAC PRO most likely, whichever...But I have a love of yellow eye color, always have...
Anywho I have rambled on about my love of beautiful colored pigments...and collection info...which I shouldn't share...but I do think there is a bit of a pattern in the color selection so that should serve to tell you what I love....what I can do, and tell me what you wanna hear as far as uses or info regarding pigments...I wanna do a tutorial on the uses of 3D silver, or 3D glitter rather....maybe a list of uses...I know how to make glitter stick and work for you not against it....and it doesn't involve insanity of glue all over you eyelids....
So....
1. The drill baby...Prep and prime the face...lids, and condition lips...
2. While facial lotions are setting in apply Benefit's r.s.v.p. Creaseless Cream Shadow/Liner to the lid below the crease. This is a color that works well as a dupe for Stila Smudge Pot in Kitten or MAC Cream Color Base in Shell. I just pat the color on with my fingertips...
3. Now take MAC's Golden Lemon pigment (frosty golden lemon yellow) and pat it on the lid, into the tear duct and crease. I took the MAC 239, but any shader or blender will work...
4. Now take Urban Decay's eyeshadow in Roach (reddened brown) and the MAC 239 and pat it onto the outer corner. Take the MAC 224 (blender) and blend it in to smoke it out...
5. Using MAC's eyeshadow in Amber Lights (golden shimmery bronze) and the MAC 222 (fluffy crease brush) and blend it into the crease 3/4 of the way.
6. Now take MAC's Feline Kohl Power Pencil (or Smolder or Phone #) and apply all over the inner rims of the eye, and inner rim of tear duct.
7. Now take MAC's pigment in Brash & Bold (pink based red) and the MAC 222 and blend into the crease 2/3 of the way, and pull out the outer edge so it is sultry and angled on the sides, for a nice cat eye.
8. Now take MAC's eyeshadow in Twinks (shimmery brown) and apply it into the outer crease if the eye, and blend into the crease a bit so its seamless right on top of Brash & Bold.
9. Now take MAC's Fascinating Eye Kohl, and apply under the eye, and pull it out for a winged eye affect. Set with MAC's eyeshadow in Gesso (matte white).
10. Now take MAC's Blacktrack Fluidline, and the MAC 266 angled brush and apply the gel liner to the upper lid in a thin line, and then flick upward for a winged eye. Just a normal winged eye....follow the eyes natural shape.
11. Now take MAC's eyeshadow in Beauty Marked, Black Tied, or Carbon and set the gel liner.
12. Now apply mascara and Mr. Winks lashes in # 117, or Andrea's Modlashes in # 23, or Ardell's lashes in 111, 0r 118. Just look for a long pair of lashes that swoop a bit and a wispy and flirty. MAC's # 2 lashes will work as well. I like to use clear glue as always...
13. Now take your foundation and setting powder and apply.
14. I like to take MAC's blush in Peaches and my 116 to warm up the look and add a soft glow and warmth to the face. Just contour the cheek.
15. Apply bronzer. I like the E 3 technique with a large face brush works well for me so its warmth your adding and not unwanted harsh lines...
16. Now take Urban Decay's 24/7 lip liner in Wicked (bright pink-bubblegum like) and apply to the lips and fill in.
17. Now take OCC Lip Tar in Pageant (bright pink) and apply a pea sized amount to both lips with a finger or brush for lips.
18. Now take Lorac's 3D Multiplex lipgloss in Cliche (mermaid pink-violet with blue iridescence) and apply to lips...
Pageant Lip Tar

MAC's Alice + Olivia Dazzleglass Creme Collection Look: Popsicle Lips
So this is another Alice + Olivia look. My previous one was the one that involved Partylicious pigment. This one is super different from that look. The eyes were boldddd in that look...in this look the lips make a statement and the eyes recede in comparison.
I didn't care for If It Sparkles...Dazzleglass Creme because its just a slightly more opaque version of Sugarrimmed Dazzleglass and Sugar Overload Superglass, (goes on clear, Dazzleglass and Superglass have different diameters of glitter-Dazzleglass is finely milled, and Superglass is 3-D) which I own both, and since I don't like white lips (If It Sparkles..) that is outta the question.
So on with the look....
1. Prep and prime the face. Apply primer potion, lip condtiner or chapstick.
2. Apply MAC's Paint Pot in Bare Study, MAC's Cream Color Base in Pearl, or the MAC Paint in Base Light. All colors contain similarites. They are all pearly nude colors that brighten the eyelid. Pat it onto the lid with your fingertip below the crease.
3. Now take MAC's Fascinating Eye Kohl and brighten the waterline.
4. Using MAC's Chromographic Pencil in NC15/NW20, apply to the upper lashline, and then to the outer corner, and below the brow bone.
5. Apply black mascara.
6. Now apply foundation, and face powder.
7. Using a nice soft golden bronzer apply to contours of the face.
8. For the cheeks I used MAC's Mineralize Skinfinish in Porcelain Pink, but you can use Soft & Gentle, Petticoat, Stereo Rose, whatever you want. You can even try a mineralize blush color. Your cheeks should appear shiney and dewey.
9. Now take MAC's Dazzleglass Creme (Alice + Olivia) in I.Want.Candy (bright yellow). Apply it to the center or the upper and lower lip, and pull it out a bit for fullness in affect.
10. Now take MAC's Dazzleglass Creme (Alice + Olivia) in If Its Pink...(bright pink) and apply it to the corners of the lower and upper lip. Now take Tarina Tarantino's Eye Dream Hyperliner in Broken Doll (Porcelain Pink) and highlight the cupids bow and outline the lips so they look silky smooth and iridescently icesicle finished.

Kett Comsetics Look From Make Up Artist Magazine Issue No. 85
So I have a new look, that is sort of inspired by Audrey Hepburn. It isn't her look, its Kett Cosmetics look, but it does have a nice timeless appeal to it, with a nice soft pink lip....So if you are interested read on...
I do a lot of bold looks but every so often I love to go for a classic or more glam look just to put a spin on things...Or if I have a new trick or idea and it involves simplcity I am still proud of the look, especially if I feel it is worth blogging about...
What I like about this look is that you can wear it day or night, and you don't have to add on anything to feel more special, but you don't feel overdone during the daytime...
Every so often you will see bloggers and youtubers posting a series of celebrity looks, or a retro series...I think thats fun because every individual teacher has something to offer that makes the next blog or video over helpful to someone, or a new trick or tip will really pull someone in, and get them really interested in the world of fashion and make up.
I like those series and respect them a lot...but I don't feel like doing a dead on version of Miss Hepburn, I have never really seen a photo I love enough to do a blog about her make up as is, but if I do find that photo, I believe I certainly will indeed break it all down for anyone who wants to read what I have to offer.
So on with the look...
1. First things first...Prep and prime the face...Can't stress that enough, and apply shadow insurance or lid primer to the lid, tear duct, under the eye, and up to the brow bone, and apply lip conditioner or Chapstick.
2. Now apply MAC's Painterly Paint Pot or MAC's Cream Color Base in Nude to the eyelid. These colors are both nude and creamy, and neutralize the lid...Both colors are similar and are matte. Take a creamy concealer if all else fails. Urban Decay also makes a primer potion called Eden, that will work well to prime and neutralize.
3. Take Urban Decay's eyeshadow in ABC Gum (peachy nude color) and MAC's 239, and pat the color all over the Nude or Painterly base.
4. Now take MAC's 227 brush and that same UD ABC Gum shadow and pat it all over the brow bone, and all over the rest of the lid, and the crease.
5. Now take MAC's 222 (tapered blender) and use a blend of MAC's Modelette eyeshadow and MAC's Mulled Cider (Warm & Cozy) if you don't have these MAC's Saddle eyeshadow or any matte or satin finish midtone browns will do, and starting at the outer corner of the eye, blend into the outer corner, and pull it up in the crease about 3/4 of the way for some depth and dimension. Taking the softer brown color blend out the crease again with the 222 to soften and blend it out. Now take UD's ABC Gum, and smooth out the tones again in the crease.
6. Using MAC's Chromographic Pencil in the lightest nude shade or MAC's Naked Liner (Too Fabulous) and apply to the waterline and the tear duct, and using a flat concealer brush, like the MAC 242 (I like this one a lot) and blend out the inner corner highlight.
7. Now take UD's ABC Gum, and pat gently on top of the tear duct highlight.
8. Using MAC's Teddy Eye Kohl (warm shimmery brown) and line under the lower lashline all the way. Using a nice deep midtone brown smudge out the Teddy Eye Kohl with the MAC 219 to set it and soften the line. The eye should appear neutral but a little glam.
9. Now take MAC's gel liner in Black Track the fluid line one, and the MAC 208 or 266, the 212 will work well too, and line the upper lashline with a smooth rounded medium line from tear duct, to end of upper lid...no tail at the end...Just follow the natural lid shape.
10. Now take MAC's Carbon eyeshadow, Black Tied will do as well, any black, an dcarefully set with the same brush.
11. Now take Ardell's Accent Lashes in #301 0r #305, whatever is available or preferred, or simply just take a regular strip of lashes, and cut them in half. Now take the outer corner of the lashes or the accent pair, and adhere them to the outer corner after the application of mascara is applied to upper and lower lashes.
12. Fill in brows, and apply MAC's Chromagraphic Pencil in the lightest naked shade to the outline of the eyebrow all around and then pat and blend into the skin with the MAC 242 concealor brush....the eye will brighten up beautifully.
13. Now apply foundation, and setting powder, contour the face or apply bronzer delicately.
14. Now take a nice peachy blush, I used MAC's Blush Ombre in Ripe Peach, and applied to the contour of the cheek with a tapered blush brush.
15. Now take Urban Decay's 24/7 Lip Crayon in Wicked (soft bright pink) and line and contour the lips.
16. Using NARS Matte Velvet Lip Pencil in Roman Holiday (bright pale pink-cool toned) and fill in lips like a lipstick.
17. Using MAC's Lustreglass Lipgloss in Love Nectar (apricot transclucent color) and paint over the lips for shine and some warmth...

Inspirational Look: Rare Tropical Hibiscus "Bridal Path"
Beautiful - Giant - Tropical Hibiscus. Bridal Path blooms with giant 8-10" flowers in a vivid spectrum of colors, from the yellow outer edge to the inner pink eye. Bridal Path grows a handsome, upright bush that will grow 4-6' when mature. Its parents, 'The Path' and 'Wedding Day,' give it its spectacular colors, but the flowers of 'Bridal Path' are larger than those of either of its parents.
The Hibiscus is one of my personal favorite flowers. I love all the types of Hawaiin flowers from Plumeria's, and all Hibiscus flowers, you name 'em I love 'em. I wanted to do an inspirational look since I feel I do a lot of product feature looks, and talk about particular collections and items.
I love Hawaii, and I love to see Hawaiin or tropical sunset weddings...I wouldn't wear this look to my own wedding in all honesty, because it is a bright editorial look, I'd rather be a bit more timeless for my own wedding. This flower I love just happens to be called Bridal Path.
1. Prep and prime the face, apply shadow primer, and lip condtioner.
2. Now take MAC's Paint Pot in Bare study or MAC's Paint in Base Light (white with beige-gold undertone) and apply it to the middle to the inner portion of the lid and into the tear duct for an inner tear duct highlight.
3. Now take MAC's Paint Pot in Coral Crepe or Perky (peachy gold Paint Pots) or Make Up Forever's Flash color in the peachy shade, or the MUFE Aqua Cream in a peachy shade, whatever you have even if it is MAC's Cream Color Base in Virgin Isle, and apply it to middle to the end of the outer eyelid. Just use your fingertip to melt the product down...
4. Now take MAC's pigment in Golden Lemon (frosty golden lemon color) and apply it with the MAC 239 or a flat shader paddle brush over the top of Base Light Paint or Bare Study Paint Pot, and cover that area completely, even the inner tear duct, and go under the eye with the yellow as well, and into the inner crease.
5. Now take a matte hot pink color (Make Up Forever makes one, MAC makes one called Passionate, or take the original Coastal Scents 88 Palette, or Ben Nye's Azalea eyeshadow or a hot pink blush even) and the MAC 239 again, and pat it over the middle of the eyelid.
6. Now take Make Up Forever's infamous #92 (matte bright dark violet) and pat it into the ouer corner of the eye. Now take the MAC 224 or a blender brush and blend the colors into each other. Smooth out the yellow first, then go to the end. Don't go back into the yellow portions unless the brush is clean, or it'll get muddy because violet and yellow are split complimentary colors so it'll turn brown if you do. Any split complimentary colors (orange and blue, or red and green) will turn brown if blended into one another.
7. Now take Make Up Forever's #18 (matte tangerine eyeshadow) and the MAc 217 and blend into the crease right after the Golden Lemon Pigment. Apply this color to the middle of the crease.
8. Now take the matte hot pink shade and blend just the tiniest amount right after the orange color onto the crease.
9. Now take Make Up Forever's #92 again, and blend into the outer crease. The reason that little bit of hot pink was used was so that the orange and violet don't fuse together and make a warm brown...Wipe away any excess shadow, fall out, etc, and sweep the shadows out into a winged cat eye so its sort of a sultry Hawaiin Goddess look.
10. Now take MAC's Fascinating Eye Kohl (matte white) and line the waterline. Now take Urban Decay's eyeshadow in ABC Gum (nude peach color), and the MAC 227 magical brush and blend onto the brow bone, and soften into the beginning of the crease, so there is no line or marking of no color. Now take MAC's Crystal Avalanche (shimmery white) and blend on top of the ABC Gum color on just the outer brow bone.
11. Now take MAC's Chromagraphic Pencil in Hi-Def Cyan (IMATS 2010-bright blue) and apply to the lower lashline. Now take a bright vivid matte blue from Coastal Scents or use what you got, and blend on top of Hi Def Cyan, to set the pencil so it doesn't smudge. I also like to wing out the color into the outer corner so it meets up with the eyeshadow and looks sultry.
12. Now take Urban Decay's glitter liner in Air Guitar (bright blue) and line over the lower lashline color. There is no blue obviously in the flower, so if you wanted to be literall I would definitely choose green like Urban Decay in Graffiti and then do a green glitter liner maybe, but I chose blue because of the ocean in Hawaii, and violet grades into blue, and since violet is in the outer corner and crease, I thought it would be pretty if it faded into blue under the eye.
13. Now take MAC's Black Track Fluid Line, and an angled brush, and line the upper lashline, and draw a wing out the side for a flirty fun affect. Now set that with black eyeshadow.
14. I chose to apply Miss Adoro's Lashes in #99 (IMATS 2010 for a $1.00-regularly $1.99, and 100% human hair-these particular lashes are very defined lashes that have a demi cut, and are solid black, fairly natural looking when applied, and look like Ardell's Demi Pixies a bit, similar style).
15. Use a nice peach cream blush I used an airbrush blush, but I think MAC's Cream Color Base in Virgin Isle would be gorgeous if it were stippled on, or MAC's Cremeblend in Joie-De-Vivre, as always use what you have, Coastal scents also makes peach blushes, NYX makes paech blushes. I like the contrast of the peach blush with the hot pink shadow personally, so the look isn't too cool toned or monochromatic, but does have a nice flushed cheek to it, so you look like you've been sunkissed.
16. Use an illuminator like Silver Dusk from MAC or an airbrush color in a champagne tone, or MAC's Cream Color Base in Pearl. Apply on the cheekbones, and nose bridge.
17. Now take MAC's Magenta Lip Pencil, and line and fill in the lips.
18. Use MAC's lipstick in Petals & Peacocks (Liberty Of London-sort of looks like an amped up version of Show Orchid from MAC) and apply a coat.
19. Now take MAC's Dazzleglass Creme (Alice + Olivia) in If Its Pink... and apply a dab in the center of the lower lip and upper lip....Yummy....

Peachy-keen on Gold, Violet, & Freshwater Blue
Sooo this is a gorgeous look I have in store. I know MAC makes a blush called Peachykeen, but I am not speaking of that blush.
For a while now I have owned one of the Lorac Blushes in Exposed which is a nice Baked/Matte/Satin blush. Lorac makes a whole line of Baked/Matte/Satin blushes in different colors but my favorite one is Exposed. Its actually the only one of the Lorac blushes I happen to have, but I think the quality of these is superb, and the colors are unique and gorgeous. I do think the color in the pan translates well on the cheek, and the packaging is sleek, slim, and simple, easy to open, and doesn't take up space in your make up stash...I don't typically buy Lorac, if ever, but this blush just pulled me in. I odn't know how I wound up at this section of Sephora.
I have used this blush in a few looks now, but this is the first time I really spoke of it as the star of the show....the eyes are a big focus in this look, but the cheeks help it pop. Exposed is a nice peachy-pink color that is neither too peach or to cool of a pink...it doesn't leave a shimmery finish that a lot of baked or mineralize blushes tend to leave, and is not too matte which can be hard to blend. It's a nice pearly-satin without too much shine or shimmery undertone, and the color pay off is fabulous...a light stroke of this on the cheek bone is all you need. If you happen to get a little extra on the cheek it doesn't drag, or get smeary, chalky or too bright. If you aren't into the dewey look, I am afraid exposed really brightens the face up, and seems to make it gleam, but not in a bad oily type of way...
So on with the loooooookkkk...
1. Prep and prime the face, the lids, the lips...
2. No take MAC's Rubenesque Paint Pot (gold paint pot) and apply to the lids, you can pat it on with your fingertip.
3. Now take MAC's Reflects Gold Pigment (white glitter pigment with a gold reflection) and pat it over Rubnesque Paint Pot while its still wet. This will keep the shimmery pigment from falling out onto the face.
4. Now take Urban Decay's 24/7 crayon in Yeyo (shimmery white) and apply it into the tear duct, the inner crease line, and the lower waterline.
5. Now take MAC's Pearlglide Liner in Designer Purple (Art Supplies Collection-violet with gold shimmer) and apply it to the lower lashline, the outer crease line, and smudge it out with the MAC 219.
6. Now take the MAC 222 (tapered blender) and Make Up Forever's #92 and smoke out the very outer corner of the eye with the color over Rubenesque, and bring it up into the crease where Designer Purple Pearlglide is, and smooth out the #92 color above the crease. Using the MAC 219 and #92 smudge out the lower lashline on top of Designer Purple as well.
7. Now take MAC's Freshwater eyeshadow (bright blue with shimmer) and the MAC 222 (tapered blending brush) and in the inner crease smooth out the color right over Yeyo, and blend inward towards the #92 color. The colors should meet and blend out in an ombre effect, and not have a harsh line.
8. Now take MAC's eyeshadow in Winkle (periwinkle blue-satin finish) and blend out the very inner crease, and smooth out on top of Freshwater, just to soften it up a touch.
10. Now take Urban Decay's eyeshadow in ABC Gum (peachy nude eyeshadow) and pat it on top of the brow bone and blend it downward so it smooths right on top of the crease colors so there isn't any harsh lines or unblended areas.
11. Now take Urban Decay's in Polyester Bride or White Rabbit, and pat it on top of ABC Gum in just the inner corner of the brow bone area. Smooth it on top of the Yeyo 24/7 crayon in the tear duct, pull the color up toward the brow bone, so the color fades along that area continuosly.
12. Now take Urban Decay's eyeshadow in Oil Slick or Jabberwocky (shimmery black) and the MAC 217 placement and blender brush, and in the very outer corner smoke out the eye. Take a make up remover wipe or Q-tip and smooth away fall out, and shadows, so that the shadows pull out in a sultry effect.
13. Take a purple glitter liner and line on top of the lower lashline.
14. Use MAC's Blacktrack Fluidline and line the upper lashline, and pull the gel liner up into a winged effect on the sides. Set with a black eyeshadow.
15. Using Andrea's Modlashes in #28 (glossy, and winged on the sides) and apply to the upper lash line with clear glue. You can get these from Sally's or a drugstore.
16. Using Lorac's Blush in Exposed (peachy-pink) apply to the cheekbones with a contour angled brush.
17. Apply MAC's Iridescent Loose Powder in Silver Dusk (porcelain palest pink with silver sparkle) and a faintail like the Artnet (I love that fantail truly) and apply to cheekbones and nose bridge.
18. Fill in brows.
19. Take Urban Decay's 24/7 crayon in Wicked (bright light pink) and contour lips, and define them.
20. Take Lady Gaga's Viva Glam from MAC (bright light pink lustre finish) and fill in lips.
21. Now take Urban Decay's Ultraglide lipgloss in Lust (sugar cookie flavor-light pink with gold shimmer) and dab on top.

MAC Look: Shining Emerald's & A Petticoat
I only bought one thing from MAC's newest In The Groove Collection...can you blame me? It was full of mineralize eyeshadows which I own two and rarely use...and then the Cremesheen's and the Cremesheen glosses....which are ok...not a fan of that texture...it gets goopy if you wear with lipgloss...and then there were the MSF's which I was excited about....I own Comfort, and By Candlelight though, from Warm & Cozy. I was most excited for Petticoat's repromotion...gorgeous color reminds me of Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia ice creammmm...nammannnammm....and then there was Stereo Rose MSF whcih according to Pinkiecharm on Youtube it reminds her of NARS Orgasm, so I will have to see for myself baring that in mind. I plan on getting that next week, and possibly two more things from Alice + Olivia, the I.Want.Candy Dazzleglass Creme which is the brilliant yellow one, and Later... pigment...the cool black one with violet pearl.
So here is a pretty look featuring one In The Groove repromote, and one permanent item that was featured in the collection...Not to mention duochrome magic!!
1. Prep and prime the skin, lids, and lips.
2. Using MAC's Green Grease Greasepaint Stick from Art Supplies apply to the lids just below the crease. Smooth it out a bit with a flat concealer brush. Do to the fact that all the Greasepaint sticks in the collection were blackened colors they bring out duochrome shadows just as nicely with that added punch of color. If you missed out on these, black cream base will work nicely to achieve the look.
3. Using MAC's eyeshadow in Gorgeous Gold (yellow gold with green duochrome) and smooth it out with the MAC 239 brush covering the Green Grease Greasepaint stick completely. Using the MAC 217 blender and shader brush smooth it into the crease a bit to cover the base line.
4. Using Urban Decay's 24/7 pencil in Graffiti (bright green) and apply it into the crease to smooth out any line that may have been unprecise. Draw an outer < shape in the outer corner. This technique will cut the crease and make it precise as well as pull the shadow out to help achieve a sultry eye look.
5. Using MAC's eyeshadow in Club (green with reddened bronze duochrome) and apply it into the inner and outer corner of the lid.
6. Using Cailyn's Cosmetics mineralize eyeshadow in Banana (bright yellow) pat this color into the center of the lid. You can also use MAC's Primary Yellow pigment, or Golden Lemon, get creative and utilize what you have. This will add a shine in the center of the lid.
7. Now take your MAC 224 blender and smooth out the application of colors.
8. Using the MAC 222 tapered blender and Micabella Cosmetics Shimmer Powder in Iridescence (looks like OCC's newst color in Wasabi) or any green that kind of reminds you of Tinkerbell's dress, and apply into half the crease. Smooth over the Urban Decay line of Graffiti to set it.
9. Using MAC's eyeshadow in Gorgeous Gold again, and smooth it out in the inner crease, and tear duct.
10. Using MAC's eyeshadow in Orb (peachy nude) and smooth it out onto the brow bone.
11. Using MAC's eyeshadow in Crystal Avalanche (shimmery white) and smooth it out in the outer brown bone on top of Orb.
12. Using MAC's Blacktrack Fluidline and an angled brush apply a thin line of gel liner.
13. Set it with a black eyeshadow.
14. Using a black liner pencil line the waterlines.
15. Using Urban Decay's Graffiti 24/7 liner line the outer corner lashline and bring it up into a wing to connect to the outer corner on top.
16. Using Urban Decay's 24/7 liner in Baked (gold) and apply into the inner lower lashline.
17. Set the line with MAC's eyeshadow in Gorgeous Gold.
18. Using MAC's Pro eyeshadow in Bottle Green (bottle green) and the MAC 217 apply in the very outer corner of the lid and blend out.
19. Apply foundation.
20. Using MAC's Blushcreme in Posey (bright pink) and apply to cheeks. Set with MAC's MSF in Petticoat.
21. Apply Setting powder.
22. Apply MAC's Iridescent Loose Powder in Golden Bronze to the nose bridge and cheek bones.
23. I like to do eyebrows and highlight above and under them then smmoth out the lines with a concealer brush for a more natural highlighted effect.
24. Now take MAC's Naked Liner (Too Fabulous) and line and fill in. Now take MAC's Cremesheen Lipstick in Creme D Nude (Permanent-Featured with In The Groove) and fill in lips.
25. Dab a little bit of MAC's Superglass in Sugar Overload on top in the center only.

MAC's Alice + Olivia Collection Look: Illegally Partylicious
So I went to my nearest MACPro store a few days after the Alice + Olivia Collection was launched. Since I just came back from IMATS I didn't have a lot of money to spend on this collection...so I had to choose wisely. I picked up only two little things...I thought the whole thing was ffaafffaaabulous but what can you do....it was worth it to go to IMATS this year. I would also like to continue talking about things I found at IMATS but I will take a brief intermission for Alice + Olivia and possibly for Digi Pops later on, but I don't plan on buying much from Digi Pops....just 2 lipsticks to be honest....I think I can live without most of them for sure...the collection is almost toooo sparkley, but an interesting throw back to the better and more fabulous Dazzleglasses....you just can't beat the original....
So this is my most favorite look I have accomplished in the longest time...it took a while to perfect...and worth every savory minute...
1. Prep the face by applying moisturizer, eyelid primer and lip conditioner.
2. Using Kryolan's Interferenze Palette and MAC's Fix +, take a flat brush and spray down the hairs of the brush...Using the GB color (teal) apply to the lid.
3. Using Urban Decay's 24/7 Pencil in Gunmetal (dark silvery grey with glitter) and from the outer corner where the natural outer tear duct starts draw a line going out kind of like a wing, and draw in the crease, and connect the two lines to form a < kind of like an Arabic outer eye style. Draw this down right up against Kryolan's GB.
4. Using MAC's Alice + Olivia pigment in Partylicious (turquoise with silver pearl) and take a little on a dry flat brush and pat it over the Kryolan GB. Cover the Kryolan GB completely.
5. Now take Urban Decay's Book Of Shadows Vol. II and using the shadow shade in Misdemeanor (dirty green blue shade) and a dry flat shader brush and pat it into the outer corner and the inner corner.
6. Using the MAC 224 blender brush and blend the two shades into each other. Take MAC's Partylicious again and set it right into the center of the lid.
7. Using Both Urban Decay's Misdemeanor and Jinx (bright blue green) and the MAC 217 blender and shader and apply into the outer corner of the lid and blend inward until there is no harsh line.
8. Using Both Urban Decay's Misdemeanor and Mushroom (dirty grey) and the MAC 217 and blend over the Gunmetal 24/7 pencil with MAC's 219 to soften it only slightly.
9. Using MAC's Sushi Flower (satin-bright pink with coral undertone) eyeshadow and the MAC 217 Blend above the area where you cut the crease. But only blend in the outer area of the crease. Go about halfway in.
10. Using Urban Decay's eyeshadow in Sphynx (bright pink with silver sparkle) and blend into the crease on the inner half, and smooth out Sushi Flower as well if it has any harsh edges.
11. Using MAC 's eyeshadow in Bottle Green (bottle green-matte) and the MAC 217, and Urban Decay's eyeshadow in Pervursion (matte black) and blend out the outer < shape on either side of eye.
12. Line the waterline and the upper waterline, and the inner tear duct corner with MAC's eye kohl in Feline (blackest black) and set with UD's Pervusion eyeshadow. Now take MAC's Black Track Fluid line, and the MAC 208, angled brush and line the upper eyelid. The line is going to be very thin on the inner portion, and go out into a thicker line in the outer corner.
13. Set with Urban Decay's Pervursion. In the outer corner only take a little bit more of Urban Decay's Pervursion eyeshadow and smoke it out above that thicker line of gel liner and the outer < to make it super smokey and inky.
14. Now take UD's shadow in ABC Gum (peachy nude-matte) and apply to the brow bone with the MAC 227. Now take UD's eyeshadow in Polyester Bride and pat it into the outer corner of the brow bone. Take Urban Decay's eyeshadow in Sellout (shimmery champagne) and pat it into the inner corner of the brow bone.
15. Apply Make Up Forever's eyelashes in #108's (Alison-long dense and at an angle) after applying mascara and fitting the lashes to the eye. Trim away access. Use clear glue, and press as close to the lashline as possible. Prettiest lashes I ever owned.
16. Using MAC's Eye Kohl in Float On By (MAC To The Beach-turqoise) and apply to the lower lashline. Draw it out to match up the wing thats inky and black. Take the MAC 219 and smudge it out with MAC's Partylicious Pigment from Alice + Olivia.
17. Using MAC's pigment in White Gold (Pro) and the MAC 219, apply into the inner tear duct, and on top of Partylicious.
18. Using Lorac's Satin Baked Blush in Exposed (peachy peach) and apply it to the cheeks.
19. Apply bronzer.
20. Using Urban Decay's 24/7 liner in Wicked (bright pink) and contour the lips and define.
21. Using Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetic's Lip Tar in Hush (bridal pink) apply on top but use a dab only.
22. Now take MAC's Dazzleglass Creme in If It's Pink (Alice + Olivia) and apply on top. OCC Lip Tars have a matte finish.
23. Using MAC's Reflect's Glitter in Reflect's Pink Pat into the center of the lip for extra dazzle and staying power.
